What’s been going on with everyone? I hope you’re staying strong throughout the holidays. It’s important to maintain a balance between your fitness goals and allowing yourself some freedom at times to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. Just keep in my mind that 1 cheat meal can set you back 3 days. Multiple cheat meals can set you back a whole week or more, so depending on where you are at with your goals this may or may not be ok. We are all at different places with our fitness so access the situation for where you are. And always contact me if you need help.

So what’s new for the week?
P90X3 Challenge Groups – January 6th
Our next challenge group will be featuring P90X3. I’m super excited about this workout. Getting fit with just 30 minutes a day sounds good to me. The initial test results have been awesome. 39 out of 40 of the test group members lost 10% body fat using this program. CRAZY! If you want to join us, it’s simple:
